Kabushikigaisha San (the "Company") recognizes the importance of our customers’ personal information. To maintain your trust, we comply with applicable privacy laws and handle personal information appropriately in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" has the meaning defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan: information about a living individual that can identify a specific person by name, date of birth, or other description contained in such information (including information that can be easily matched with other information and thereby identify a specific individual).

Article 2 (Collection of Personal Information)

When providing the Service, the Company obtains the following categories of information about customers:

  • Profile information such as name, email address, organization, and job title
  • Information related to payment methods, such as credit card information
  • Service usage history and configuration information
  • Information provided when contacting us
  • Information collected through technologies such as cookies (including access logs and device information)

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)

The Company uses customers’ personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service
  • To respond to inquiries and provide announcements related to the Service
  • To take action against conduct that violates the Company’s terms, policies, or other rules related to the Service (collectively, the "Policies")
  • To notify users of changes to the Policies or other matters concerning the Service
  • For purposes incidental to the above
  • To create statistical data in a format that does not identify individuals in connection with the Company’s services
  • For other marketing purposes

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the customer’s prior consent, except where permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. However, the following cases are excluded:

  • When handling of personal information is entrusted, in whole or in part, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use
  • When personal information is provided as part of business succession due to merger or other reasons
  • When cooperation is necessary with a national or local government agency or its designee to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer’s consent could impede such execution
  • In other cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations

Article 5 (Security Control of Personal Information)

The Company supervises its employees as necessary and appropriate to ensure the secure management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage. When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information, the Company also supervises contractors as necessary and appropriate to ensure secure management of personal information.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)

When the Company receives a request from a customer for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information (collectively, "Disclosure, etc.") pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will confirm that the request is from the customer and promptly conduct the necessary investigation. Based on the results, the Company will take appropriate action in accordance with the law. Please contact the inquiry desk described in Article 8 regarding such requests.

Article 7 (Amendments to the Privacy Policy)

The Company may amend this Privacy Policy as necessary. If an amendment requires customer consent under applicable laws, the amended Privacy Policy will apply only to customers who have consented through the method specified by the Company. When the Policy is amended, the Company will notify customers of the effective date and content of the amended Policy by posting on the Company’s website or through other appropriate means, or by directly notifying customers.
